q1. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout. However, we recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.

q2. How can I change to overseas address after payment?
You've just placed an order but realise you've made a mistake with your address? If it's within two hours, please contact our friendly customer service via live chat and we might be able to tweak your order for you.
q3. What is your return policy?
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. (In the event you would like to return your purchase, all items need to be returned if you ordered a gift set.)
Kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid but you cannot return the watch.
Kindly note that items purchased online cannot be returned to a local retail store.
Only items that have been purchased directly from ADVANCED TIME Pte. Ltd. either online or at an Retail Store, can be returned to company.
q4. How long will I received my order after payment?
Advanced Time Pte.Ltd. will proceed to deliver your order within 2 - 4 working days.

q5. Payment methods
Payment Methods that Advanced Time Pte.Ltd. accept:
-Creditcard payment (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, JCB): during the order process the buyer can fill in his/her credit card number and the expiry date of his/her credit card. The buyer has to make sure that the exact name as written on the credit card is filled in. Subsequently the payment authorisation process will take place and the buyer will be informed whether or not the payment has been approved.
-Paypal: by using Paypal, the buyer can transfer money from his bank account, credit card account, or Paypal account.
